Liking the general mood of the scene,very eerie and uncomfortable.
The figure of the character is well created through the colours worked within the piece.The silent face (mask) is probaly the main aspect for me that shows an level of dead expresion that covers the scene in that questionable,unkind and haunting way.The wings have been done very well too,they are niether to big or to small,yep perfect especially again the colours and tones worked within it to create its details.
While the death of the bird in his hands add to the feel and expresion of the work,as you can tell well from his posture.
I also like the background especially your work with the light that smacks the character whole frame and shows it up.

So in general a very good piece.
You have used the colours really well on this scene,you have worked it well onto the body without working against it.

I feel like I haven't seen Cry in a while!

The lighting on this is absolutely gorgeous! And if you did this on pchat (like I suspect you did ;3) the detail is amazingly crisp.
